I’m Anne-Marie Zanzal — LGBTQ Coach, ordained minister, former hospice chaplain, and the pioneer of the Coming Out Coaching field since 2018.
I came out in midlife. I know what it feels like to carry questions you’re not ready to say out loud. To wonder if the life you’ve built can survive the truth you’re beginning to name. To search quietly for someone who understands — not theoretically, but from the inside.

Is This Real? Your Story of Knowing
We’ll start wherever you are, and there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to share. Together we’ll look back at the moments that have been quietly pointing you toward this truth, from the early clues and the signals in your body to the friendships that felt like something more.
You’ll leave with a personal Story of Knowing timeline, a written record of the moments, feelings, and relationships that have been shaping how you understand yourself for years. When you see them side by side, they stop looking like a string of confusing moments. They start to look like a steady pattern of your truest self trying to get your attention.
Day 2 | November 15th
Where Am I, and What Now?
This is where the map begins to take shape. We’ll look at the five stages of later-in-life awakening together, and you’ll find yourself somewhere on that map. You are not lost, and you are not behind. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.
From there, the confusion begins to lift. We’ll look honestly at what’s possible, what’s getting in the way, and what one small, clear, supportive step forward looks like for you.
You’ll leave with language for what you’ve been living and a clear picture of what the stage ahead looks like. You’ll also take home a For-Now Truth Statement, a Three-Step Next Moves Plan, and a door open to continued support if you’re ready.

The weekend opens the door. The VIP Experience gives you an hour on the other side of it, with me.
After the event, you and I will meet privately for a full hour. This is your time to say out loud what you may never have said to anyone, and to be met with understanding rather than questions. We’ll look at what surfaced for you over the weekend, where you see yourself on the map, and what your next step looks like in your actual life, at a pace that feels right to you.
Purchased separately, the weekend and a private hour with me would be $197. As a VIP, you receive both for $147.
Your registration also includes two weeks inside Authentically Us, the online community I built after coming out in my fifties. From November 9th to 23rd, you can join our gatherings on Zoom, sit in a mutual support circle, and meet some of the women before the event even begins.

Questions You Might Be Sitting With
Is this going to feel like a sales pitch the whole time?
No. This experience is designed to stand completely on its own. You will receive full teaching, real coaching, and genuine clarity tools across all three evenings. Anne-Marie will mention a next step at the end of Day 2 for women who want continued support — and that’s it. You will never feel sold to inside this room.
What if I’m not ready to be seen or share?
You never have to share anything you’re not ready to share. You can be present, listen, do the worksheet work privately, and receive everything this experience offers without saying a single word out loud. Many women find that just being in the room — surrounded by others who understand — is enough.
What if this makes everything feel more real than I’m ready for?
That’s one of the most honest questions you could ask — and it tells us you’re exactly the right person for this experience. We move gently here. Nothing will be pushed or rushed. You set the pace of your own inner work. What most women find is that having a map makes things feel less overwhelming, not more.
What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?
Replays of each session will be available — but they will be hosted inside our private pop-up community on Mighty Networks, not sent by email. This is an intentional choice.
The women in this room are sharing tender, personal experiences, and their privacy matters deeply to us. When you register, you’ll receive instructions for joining the community and accessing your replays there safely.
We encourage you to attend live whenever possible — the experience of being in the room in real time is part of what makes this work. But life happens, and your access is protected either way.

What’s the difference between the $47 and $147 options?
Both include the full Clarity Event weekend, the daily worksheets, and two weeks inside Authentically Us. The VIP option adds a private, one-hour conversation with me in the week after the event, a chance to take what surfaced over the weekend and look at it together, one-on-one. On its own, a private hour with me is $150, so
VIP is the simplest way to have both.
