Join me, Anne-Marie Zanzal, and Tonda McKay as we discuss how to find peace as we navigate the choppy waters of divorce.
Divorce is a turbulent time for most, with heightened feelings, triggers, anger, sadness and radical change for all parties involved. Tonda and I will share our best advice on how to claim and maintain peace of mind during this challenging period of your life. I will be taking your questions, and you can share in the comments your challenges and concerns.
I am a coming out coach, chaplain, bereavement counselor, author, and nationally recognized authority on the subject of women coming out later in life. I am also a late-in-life lesbian, having come out at age 51 after being married to a man for 26 years. I foster online communities for women who are re-examining their sexuality later in life with compassion and non-judgement.
Tonda McKay is my wife. Her activism goes back to when she first came out as a young woman. She was member of the National Organization of Women and the vice president for Nashville NOW. She has volunteered for the Nashville Gay and Lesbian center and went to the first Nashville Pride. She is active in the Nashville LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and is a nationally certified LGBTQ business owner. She works with me to support the later in life community.
