Anne-Marie Zanzal is a coming out coach, chaplain, bereavement counselor, author, and nationally recognized authority on the subject of women coming out later in life. Anne-Marie is a late-in-life lesbian herself, having come out at age 51 after being married to a man for 26 years. Anne-Marie is also a mom to 4 now grown kids, and understands first-hand the challenges, benefits and joys of coming out to coming out to your children. Anne-Marie fosters online communities for women who are re-examining their sexuality later in life with her trademark sense of compassion and non-judgement.

Tonda McKay is married to Anne-Marie.Tonda’s activism goes back to when she first came out as a young woman. She was member of the National Organization of Women and the vice president for Nashville NOW. She has volunteered for the Nashville Gay and Lesbian center and went to the first Nashville Pride. She is active in the Nashville LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and is a nationally certified LGBTQ business owner. She works with Anne-Marie to support the later in life community.
