Support to Navigate Your Journey

You’ve Been Carrying This Alone.

There is a place for this chapter.
It’s ok to wonder and ask questions like, “Maybe I’m not straight after all?”

Start by Downloading the Free Maybe I’m Not Straight Guide

You’ve been questioning for months — maybe years.

You’re married. You have kids. Or maybe you’re single and wondering why something has never quite fit. You can’t stop thinking about her. You’ve been Googling “am I gay?” at 2am, trying to think your way through something that won’t quiet down.

This chapter can feel isolating — not because something is wrong with you, but because identity is not meant to be untangled alone.

Start with the coming out guide. When you’re ready, step into more guided support.

What Many Women Realize After Reading the Guide

This guide brings:

  • New language for what is happening inside you
  • Clarity about the patterns in your life
  • A name for the conditioning you grew up with
  • Perspective on why this took so long
  • A map of the stages many women move through as they discover who they are

Information can only take you so far, though. I have watched many women stay in isolation longer than they needed to, trying to think their way through something that was never meant to be carried alone.

Many women finish the guide with the same quiet thought: “I don’t want to carry this by myself anymore.”

That is where Authentically Us begins.

One Hour. Just You and Me.

Maybe you don’t know where to start. Maybe you keep asking yourself whether this is real. Maybe you’re afraid of what it could mean for the life you’ve built, or maybe you need to talk with someone who understands.

All of that is welcome here.

Many women believe they need to decide on a label before they can talk to anyone about this. You don’t. In my work, we begin somewhere much simpler, with four words: “Maybe I am not straight.” That is enough to start, and it is enough for this call.

The clarity call is a private, one-hour conversation between the two of us. It isn’t an intake form disguised as a session, and it isn’t a sales pitch. You don’t need to know what you want or what happens next.

You’ll talk, I’ll listen, and we’ll begin to untangle it together.

Many women leave this call feeling lighter. Nothing gets solved in an hour, but something shifts when you finally say it all out loud to someone who won’t flinch, judge you, or rush you toward a decision.

A few days later, you’ll receive a personal email from me with a written reflection on our conversation, what I heard underneath what you said, and possible next steps to consider. It’s something you can return to on the hard days, when the fog rolls back in and you need a reminder of what became clear.

Clarity Call: $150
Includes the one-hour call and the written follow-up reflection.

If you decide to join one of my coaching programs, This Authentic Life or Alongside, within one week of our call, the full $150 will be credited toward your tuition.

You don’t have to have answers. You don’t have to choose a label. You don’t have to know what happens next.

You don’t have to carry this by yourself for one more day.

Self-Paced Courses

Sometimes you’re not ready to talk to anyone yet. You just want to understand what’s happening — privately, at your own pace, on your own time.

These two self-paced courses give you language, context, and perspective for two of the most disorienting chapters of this journey.

Maybe I am Not Straight Course

Structured, Gentle Support to Explore

Your Truth on Your Terms

If you’ve ever whispered to yourself “maybe I’m not straight” while still doing all the right things — the marriage, the kids, the career, being the reliable one — this course was made for you.

A gentle roadmap through why this feels so intense, how comphet and conditioning shape the experience, and what it might look like to move forward with more clarity and self-kindness. No sudden life explosions required.

The Catalyst Chapter Course

For WLW Navigating Love’s First Chapter & Beyond

Your first queer relationship can feel like a spark that changes everything — and when it ends, the grief can feel disproportionate to how long it lasted.

This course is a guided conversation about why catalyst relationships feel so big, why they’re so hard to let go of, and how to make meaning from the experience without dragging the chapter around with you for years.

Support Through the Changes

Most women come here exhausted from trying to think their way through something that requires space, support, and shared humanity.

When you try to untangle this alone, your mind fills in the gaps. You imagine worst-case conversations. You assume outcomes before they’ve happened. The spiral grows because nothing interrupts it.

But when you sit with women who understand, something shifts.

You hear your story in someone else’s words. You recognize your experience as human. Your breathing slows. Your thinking becomes clearer — not because everything is solved, but because you are no longer carrying it alone.

What often begins as a search for clarity becomes something deeper.

This transition reaches further than most women expect.

It reaches into your marriage, your sense of identity, your faith, your role as a mother, your friendships — even the story you’ve told yourself about who you are.

This isn’t a small adjustment.

It’s a reorientation.

And reorienting your life — even slowly, even thoughtfully — is rarely simple. It can be beautiful. It can be liberating. And it can also be hard.

Needing support in the middle of that does not mean you are incapable. It means you are taking your life seriously.

There is no fixed timeline. Stay as long as you need. Cancel anytime. Step away and return.

You do not have to have answers. You do not have to choose a label. You do not have to know what happens next.

You just don’t have to carry this alone.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY ALONG THE JOURNEY

What Support Looks Like Inside Authentically Us

Authentically Us is not a structured course.

It’s not homework-based.
It’s not a fixed 16-week container.

It is ongoing, steady community support.

Inside Authentically Us, you'll find:

  • A biweekly mutual support group (every other Monday evening).
  • A space to speak honestly about what’s unfolding right now — marriage conversations, catalyst relationships, fear about coming out, faith questions, dating, grief, and everything in between.
  • A weekly 30-minute Friday check-in and guided meditation.
  • A gentle rhythm to help you regulate, reflect, and stay grounded without over-processing.
  • Office hours with Anne-Marie and Barb Rowlandson. (Barb offers specialized support around dating and catalyst relationships. Anne-Marie offers guidance around identity, marriage complexity, grief, and next steps.)
  • and More

This is support that meets you where you are.

Not performance.
Not pressure.
Not rushing.

Just steady, confidential, emotionally mature community.

Alongside | For the Women Who is Ready to Begin Now

You do not have to wait for the next cohort to start. You do not have to carry this alone until the calendar says it is time.

Alongside is private 1:1 accompaniment with me — the soft place to land I could not find when I needed it most, built for the woman who is ready now.

Ten private 45-minute sessions with me, beginning immediately. Full access to the This Authentic Life course content. Placement in the next cohort when it begins — so you step in already known, already grounded, already not alone. A full year of Authentically Us community membership included.

Not in front. Not behind. Right beside you — the whole way through.

Five Spots. Always.

Because of the depth of accompaniment this requires, I hold a maximum of five Alongside clients at any given time. This is not manufactured scarcity. It is the honest reality of what genuine presence costs.

Your first step is a clarity call.

Frequently Asked Questions | Practical Clarity

What if I'm not sure about my sexuality? Do I need to be certain to join?

No. My community and my programs are for women who are questioning, exploring, or navigating identity shifts — not just those who have it all figured out. You don’t need a label. You don’t need certainty. You just need to know that something feels true and tender, and you want support while you figure out what that means.

What is Authentically Us?

Authentically Us is my ongoing LGBTQ-affirming community for women navigating identity, coming out, relationships, and life transitions.

It offers:

  • connection without pressure
  • shared common humanity
  • gentle support between larger programs

How will this be billed and show up on my statements?

All payments are processed under Anne-Marie Zanzal Coaching.

What if I'm unsure which option is right for me?

You don’t have to decide alone.
