In this coming out journey we are required to find our courage again and again. It is not a one time static event, but something we have to chose.

How can we chose to be courageous if everything we know as women tell us differently? How do we untangle the many messages we receive to move forward in this journey? The secret is many of us have shown courage in our lives again and again. Perhaps it is not about finding our courage, but reclaiming it.
